First, the grade 8s will meet with Mr. Rodriquez to fill out high school course selections sheets on Monday morning.
Monday afternoon, we'll watch a play in our gym entitled "Discover Mime"-- should be interesting!
On Monday, as well, the staff from Uplands will be here to measure you up for your skis.
Wednesday, those students who signed up will attend the Ski trip at Uplands. I will remain behind with the students who are not attending the trip.
We currently have about 16 people attending Camp Wahanowin in May! Thank you for bringing in your forms. If you haven't already brought in your first deposit, please do so by Wednesday this week.
I will be away on Thursday as I need to accompany my daughter to a gymnastics competition. I will hold some parent interviews on Wednesday evening.
Report cards and IEPs will go home this week. Be proud of your successes this term and look ahead to how you can make improvements for next term.

Language
1. We almost completed Me and Mr. Bell last week. I will complete reading it this week and complete some culminating tasks.
2. Word Study - Lesson 1 will be taken up on Monday and Lesson 2 will be distributed
Math
We will complete the data management survey presentations early in the week and then take a look at the dripping faucet questions from last week.
Science
We will complete the Disease presentations this week.
You received some introductory information for our Fluids unit last week. We'll take them up and possibly conduct some experiments.
